Many fans were excited when NJPW Veteran and legend Minoru Suzuki showed up at AEW’s All In and put Jon Moxley on notice. This appearance would lead to an eventual match between the two and just the first appearance for Suzuki in AEW. In addition to his AEW run, he’s worked for GCW, PWX, and NJPW’s American promotion, Strong. It now looks like he will add another company to that list.
During last night’s Impact broadcast, a teaser video for Suzuki played to promote his arrival. It is unknown currently what the creative plans are for Suzuki’s stint on Impact. He is expected to start for the company at their tapings after the Bound for Glory pay-per-view.
Suzuki is just one of many names that will have appeared for Impact as of late including David Finlay, Juice Robinson, El Phantasmo, “Slingblade” Jay White, and Satoshi Kojima.
Tonight Minoru Suzuki will go head to head against Bryan Danielson during a special episode of AEW’s Buy In pre Dynamite, in what’s sure to be a hard-hitting match.
