James Storm has had a busy couple of days. Storm dropped the NWA Tag Team Titles and returned to Impact Wrestling to have the back of former rival Chris Sabin. In a situation like this, many people connect the dots that Storm could be done with the NWA and returning to his former home in Impact Wrestling. His appearance at Bound For Glory also seems to lend more credibility to that line of thinking, but he has cleared the air on his status.
Storm took to Twitter after a fan began connecting those dots and said that he was asked to come help out, adding that it was “fun as wrestling should be.”
No. I was asked to come in and help out and that’s what I did. It was fun as wrestling should be and they have a lot of upside for sure.
Storm is definitely keeping busy. He’s working the NWA, Impact, and he’s recently been seen training with Ronda Rousey and her husband. Clearly, Storm isn’t going anywhere.
