One of the things many people have come to know about former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is his dislike for traveling. It was one of the main reasons Lesnar left professional wrestling initially. Now we may know the lengths Lesnar may have allegedly gone to make it as comfortable as possible.
Kurt Angle had the first episode of his new podcast, The Kurt Angle Show, and one of the topics on it was Lesnar. Angle talked about Lesnar’s dislike for traveling and revealed that he had bought a private jet, hired a pilot, and went as far as to have the pilot live in his basement so he could be ready to fly him to WWE shows.
“Well, he hated travel so much he bought a private plane so that he wouldn’t have to go to airports. He hired a pilot and his pilot lived in his basement. He set himself up really good and you know he didn’t like to travel.”
Traveling has always been a factor in Lesnar’s contract and booking, and while he’s no longer under contract, the amount of traveling Lesnar has to do will certainly be a factor in his next contract negotiation with the company.
