Brian Cage is cashing in Option C and looking to become World Champion. Option C has been used in the past on IMPACT Wrestling and it says that the X-Division Champion has the right to give up the X-Division Title and challenge for the World Title. Cage knows his history.
Cage also knows this is a risk, he is giving up his title, he is giving up what he worked for in a match for the World Title. Cage looks at it differently, he has worked for the right to face the World Champion. Cage has worked for the X-Division Title and the next step is the World Championship, meaning Cage isn’t done working yet.
Johnny IMPACT is a fighting Champion and will have to ready for the fight of his life against Brian Cage. Option C is a temptress in the sense that it is a gamble and how fitting that Cage decided to make this decision in a city that has broken so many dreams, Las Vegas. How many people have decided to let it ride and go for broke, only to come up exactly the same way?
