Shane Taylor triumphed over three of the toughest wrestlers in the sport — Jeff Cobb, Brody King and Hirooki Goto — to win the ROH World Television Title in a Four Corner Survival Match at War of the Worlds in May 2019.
Taylor ended Cobb’s 222-day reign and went on to hold the title for 218 days. He joined Jay Lethal and Kenny King as the only African Americans to win the ROH World Television Title.
