Danhausen & PCO vs. Jay & Mark Briscoe

The Briscoes, who will challenge ROH World Tag Team Champions The OGK (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) for the title at Final battle: End of an Era on Dec. 11, isolated Danhausen early. Danhausen hit a German suplex on Jay Briscoe and tagged in PCO, who ran wild on both Briscoes. Later, Mark Briscoe used a series of ear claps and punches to cause PCO to malfunction. A confused PCO thought he and Mark were tag partners again (they briefly teamed together a year ago) and went after Danhausen. The Briscoes took advantage of the situation and double-teamed PCO.

After Danhausen tagged himself in, he dumped his jar of teeth into Mark Briscoe’s mouth and superkicked him, sending the teeth flying. There was a moment of dissension between PCO and Danhausen, and PCO exited the ring. Sledge came down to the ring and began brawling on the floor with PCO. The Briscoes double hip-tossed Danhausen across the ring. Jay Briscoe hit Jay Driller on Danhausen for the win.

ROH Women’s World Title Match: Champion Rok-C vs. Gia Scott

ROH Board of Directors member Maria Kanellis-Bennett signed this match after Scott’s repeated complaints about not getting opportunities she feels she deserves. Rok-C used a headscissors into a bridge for a two count. Scott countered with a rolling headscissors into a pinning combination for a near fall. Scott hit a Russian Leg Sweep for a two count. Rok-C locked on a chokehold while wrapping her legs around Scott. Scott propelled herself backwards into the corner to break the hold.

Rok-C hit a Thesz Press and followed with a series of punches to the face. Rok-C hit a standing moonsault and drove her knees into Scott’s midsection for a near fall. Rok-C applied a crossface, but Scott shifted her weight and scored a two count. Scott speared Rok-C, but it took her a few seconds to make the cover. Rok-C barely kicked out in time. Scott charged across the ring, but Rok-C caught her with a knee to the face. Rok-C applied the crossface again, and this time Scott tapped out.

Rok-C goes on to Final Battle to defend her title against the winner of next week’s No. 1 contender’s match between Willow and Mandy Leon.

Pre-match comments from EC3 and Jay Lethal

EC3 vs. Jay Lethal

Lethal clearly had his mind on his growing estrangement from his fellow Foundation members rather than this match. EC3 took advantage of the situation by getting into Lethal’s head throughout the contest. Lethal rolled outside the ring early on. When EC3 held the ropes open for him to get back in the ring, Lethal shoved EC3 out of the ring and dove onto him. Lethal pounded away at EC3 on the floor and rammed him into the barricade.

Back inside the ring, EC3 rocked Lethal with a clothesline. He followed with a Thesz Press and a flurry of punches. EC3 said Lethal has no fight in him. Later, Lethal hit Lethal Combination and a flying elbow off the top rope. EC3 ducked a superkick and hit a reverse DDT for a near fall. Lethal answered with a cutter. Lethal set up for Lethal Injection, but he was distracted when the video of him saying he doesn’t like The Foundation began playing on the video board. EC3 blocked Lethal Injection and hit a butterfly sit-out face-first slam. EC3 then applied The Purpose, and Lethal tapped out.
