Airdate: Weekend of May 15, 2021

Rankings Battle Royal

The battle royal participants were all wrestlers not currently ranked in any of the singles divisions in ROH. The last two competitors standing go on to face each other on a future episode, with the winner of that match earning a spot in the rankings of the division of his choosing out of the Pure and World Television Title divisions.

The participants were: PCO, Mark Briscoe, Mike Bennett, Danhausen, LSG, Bateman, World Famous CB, Joe Keys, Dante Caballero, Eric Martin, Ken Dixon, Sledge, O’Shay Edwards and Ryan Mooney.

Bateman attacked Bennett from behind during Bennett’s entrance. Bateman’s fellow Righteous member Dutch joined the attack and hit a Black Hole Slam on Bennett on the floor. Bateman and Dutch attempted to drag Bennett away, but security stopped them. Bennett’s tag partner, Matt Taven, helped Bennett to the back.

During the match, Danhausen attempted to double chokeslam PCO and Briscoe, but they easily eliminated him. After being tossed over the top rope, Danhausen put on an El Generico mask and returned to the ring but PCO and Briscoe quickly eliminated him again.

The final five were PCO, Sledge, Edwards, LSG and Keys. Sledge eliminated his rival Edwards, and PCO eliminated Sledge. LSG and Keys came up behind PCO and dumped him over the top rope to emerge as the two survivors.

Pre-match comments from Primal Fear and Shane Taylor Promotions

ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Title Match
Champions Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor & Soldiers of Savagery — Moses & Kaun) vs. Primal Fear (Adrien Soriano, Matthew Omen & Gabriel Hodder)

(30-minute time limit)

Early in the match Soriano asked for Taylor to tag in. Taylor obliged. The former ROH World Television Champion backed Soriano into the corner, patted him on the head and smiled. Soriano slapped Taylor, and Taylor responded by decking Soriano with a right hand. Taylor missed a cannonball in the corner, and Hodder and Omen immediately began stomping Taylor.

Later, Moses went for a cannonball off the apron onto all three members of Primal Fear, but they moved and he landed hard on the floor. Back inside the ring, Hodder speared Kaun. Omen, the legal man, covered Kaun, but Kaun kicked out at two. Soriano used Hodder to springboard into a flip dive over the top rope onto Taylor on the floor. Hodder dove off the barricade onto Moses, but Moses caught him and tossed him backwards over the barricade. Kaun hit a top rope Jackhammer on Omen. Kaun and Moses hit Cointel on Omen for the win in 10:17.

Silas Young sit-down interview

Josh Woods sit-down interview

Josh Woods vs. Silas Young
(20-minute time limit)

Young attacked his former protege/tag partner from behind during his entrance and continued to assault him outside the ring. Young attempted to use a chair but Woods kicked it out of his hands. Woods went on the offensive, but Young regained the advantage after whipping Woods throat-first into the top rope.

Young was dominating until Woods snatched him and drove him into the corner. Woods connected on a series of running forearms and a knee strike to the face in the corner. Woods hit a butterfly suplex for a two count and German suplex into a bridge for another near fall. Young answered with an Anarchist suplex for a near fall. Woods locked on an armbar submission and leaned back into it. Young was able to get his feet on the ropes and shift his weight so that he was on top of Woods. The referee, who didn’t see Young illegally using the ropes for leverage, made the three count at the 12:06 mark to give Young a tainted victory.
