Sit-down interviews with Bandido and Bateman

Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match: Bateman (w/Vita VonStarr & Dutch) vs. Bandido
(20-minute time limit)

Before calling for the opening bell, the referee ordered Righteous members VonStarr and Dutch to the back. Bandido hit an around-the-world hurricanrana and then drop-kicked Bateman out of the ring. Bandido went to the apron and attempted a kick, but Bateman caught his foot and drove him face-first into the apron. Bateman connected on a knee to the face, rolled Bandido back into the ring and got a two count. Bateman hit a side power slam for a near fall.

Bandido used a Dragon Screw leg whip to halt Bateman’s momentum and then hit a Shining Wizard for a two count. Bandio hit a press slam/Michinoku Driver followed by a standing shooting star press for a near fall. Bandido went for a springboard move, but Bateman caught him with a forearm to the face and then hit a neckbreaker for a two count. Bandido answered with a crucifix driver for a near fall. Bateman set up for This is a Kill tombstone piledriver, but Bandido countered with a headscissors driver. Bandido followed with 21 Plex for the win in 13:23.

ROH World Television Title Triple Threat Match: Champion Tony Deppen vs. Dragon Lee vs. Tracy Williams
(30-minute time limit)

The competitors in this match are the current ROH World Television Champion and the two most recent former holders of the title. The match also is the latest chapter in the faction warfare between Violence Unlimited (represented by Deppen), La Facción Ingobernable (Lee) and The Foundation (Williams).

Lee was content to let Deppen and Williams battle each other in the early going. After Deppen and Williams went outside the ring, Lee hit a flip dive over the top rope on both men. Back inside the ring, Lee hit a stomp off the top rope onto Deppen, but Williams broke up the pin. Lee hit a basement dropkick on Deppen in the corner, but Williams again broke up the pin. Williams hit a Death Valley Driver on Lee, and this time Deppen broke up the pin.

All three men hit German suplexes on one another, and then Williams German-suplexed Lee and Deppen simultaneously. Williams covered Lee for a near fall. Lee hit a sit-out powerbomb on Deppen, but Williams made the save. Williams set up for a piledriver on Lee, but Lee pushed Williams backward and he collided with the referee. With the referee’s back turned for just a second, Lee hit a low blow on Williams. Deppen then swooped in and rolled up Williams for the win in 11:27. Lee could’ve broken up the pin but he chose not to.
