AEW have already confirmed on social media that British superstar, the Bastard PAC, will be making an appearance on the next episode of Dynamite.
PAC has been talked about as one of the best wrestlers in the world for years and is a part of AEW’s success.
It has not yet been confirmed if this will be a pre-recorded message or if PAC will be there in person, which would be a major surprise for fans.
With the pandemic’s ever-changing rule catalogue, it is hard to confirm or not if certain individuals have the ability to travel from the UK to USA, officially.
PAC is believed to have been stuck in the UK since lockdown began, the announcement of his appearance has gone down very well with fans.
Before lockdown, PAC was having some of the best matches that AEW have put on so far. This included; an Iron Man match with Kenny Omega, an excellent series of matches with Hangman Adam Page, plus a very well received and entertaining match with Orange Cassidy at Revolution in February. Being a bastard, PAC has a lot of rivalries that can be instantly reignited in next to no time. PAC is a major player in this promotion.
PAC had also established himself in a faction with the Lucha Brothers, Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero M. They were known collectively as the “Death Triangle,” who are currently aligned with Eddie Kingston and Butcher & Blade. It will be interesting to see how they handle this going forward. Perhaps we’ll see PAC return and the Lucha Brothers split from the rest, giving us an epic 6-man match down the line.
Most of all, when talking about PAC, it quickly becomes title talk, being a contender. PAC will eventually challenge for the world title or the TNT title and would be very warmly received as a champion in AEW.
The world title certainly seems like a belt that the Bastard would suit having around his waist.
