Dean Ambrose’s time with WWE might be finished after Wrestlemania. Ambrose has also set to have been frustrated with the creative direction for his character for a long time. However, only the top management and couple of friends knew of his decision to leave WWE beforehand.
Dave Melzer on Wrestling Observer Radio discussed the idea of Dean Ambrose possibly jumping ship to All Elite Wrestling after exiting WWE. Here is what he said:
“The first conclusion everyone is going to come to is AEW and I don’t know anything about that, but I will ask around about it. You know I have not heard his name, but there’s a lot of stuff that they’re trying to keep secret too.”
“I don’t think that they are looking to take too many guys from WWE, but if it’s the right guy. The approach they wanna do is different from WWE. It’s an approach that a lot of WWE wrestlers would like. So again, I’ll probably know a lot more about this tomorrow night.”
It is still uncertain where Ambrose will go if he leaves WWE. Perhaps he might go AEW, or some other promotion. We will have to wait and see what happens.
