This year’s Royal Rumble was a memorable one to say the least. However, some noticeable problems occurred during the women’s Royal Rumble.
The match was far too long and fans noticed this. While the match ended with Becky Lynch’s surprise win, there were some backstage troubles regarding the match.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE had to change up some of the entrance times for the Women’s Royal Rumble match due to the women not being able to get to their spots fast enough. That’s why it looked like the intervals between entrances in the women’s match were much longer compared to the men’s.
This made the crowd exhausted and also made the following WWE Title match between Bryan and AJ Styles suffer as well.
