WWE is starting to sign independent talents again, and this time they’ve picked up a top independent name as part of their next Performance Center class.
Fightful Select has reported the WWE has signed indy star Christian Casanova. The seven-year pro has worked for Beyond Wrestling, GCW, and is the Limitless Wrestling Champion. Casanova was also a former champion in Chaotic Wrestling out of Massachussetts, a promotion that has featured such stars at one point as Kofi Kingston, Dominik Dijakovic/T-Bar, Ivar from the Viking Raiders, Oney Lorcan, and Sasha Banks. John Cena’s father also works for the company.
While it’s unknown who else will be in this Performance Center class, it seems like WWE is starting to gear up for another major PC class, following the last one which delivered current Dusty Cup finalists MSK in the ranks.
