Dragon Lee and Kenny King won’t win any awards for being honorable, but no one in Ring of Honor had a better month than the two La Faccion Ingobernable members.
In their first match together as a team, Lee and King defeated 11-time former ROH World Tag Team Champions Jay and Mark Briscoe in a No. 1 contenders’ match on “Ring of Honor Wrestling” the weekend of Feb. 20.
On this past weekend’s show, Lee and King beat Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham in a Pure Rules Match to win the ROH World Tag Team Title.
Both victories were tainted, either by outside interference or cheating behind the referee’s back, but the bottom line is that LFI is now the undisputed top faction in ROH.
In addition to the ROH World Tag Team belts, LFI also has the ROH World Title (held by RUSH) and World Television Title (held by Lee) in its possession.
