Tracy Williams had yet to get his first taste of gold when he entered the arena for the 19th Anniversary pay-per-view last month, but “Hot Sauce” walked out with a championship belt draped over each shoulder after a history-making performance.
Williams became the first wrestler in ROH to capture two titles in the same night.
First, he won the ROH World Television Title from Kenny King (defending on behalf of Dragon Lee, who was recovering from surgery on his eardrum), and then he and fellow Foundation member Rhett Titus defeated King and Bestia del Ring for the ROH World Tag Team Title.
Williams began the month with a victory over Bandido and LSG in a three-way elimination match, and then he and Titus defeated The Bouncers and Soldiers of Savagery in a Triple Threat tag team match.
