MLW announced a deal with VICE TV last night that will see them join the network this spring. Now we have some new updates about the deal and how soon we may see them joining the channel.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported MLW is expected to start airing on the network in May. The initial episodes will feature past content from the MLW library, but it is expected to be timely and take advantage the network’s use of Dark Side of the Ring, starting May 6th.
It’s said MLW doesn’t want the first content on the new network to feature an empty arena, and PWInsider’s report notes that the announcement expected from Court Bauer on the next MLW Fusion will be involving the return to live touring for the promotion.
Reportedly, MLW will begin tapings in front of fans in July, and that content will begin airing as soon as possible on VICE.
