Mustafa Ali is ready to end his rivalry with Hideo Itami: WWE.com Exclusive, Oct. 19, 2018

In anticipation of his upcoming Falls Count Anywhere Match against Hideo Itami, Mustafa Ali tells his opponent that he is more than ready to go down a new road that leads him to victory.

When Hideo Itami and Mustafa Ali first squared off in August, Itami took advantage of his opponent’s physical exhaustion and decimated him, forcing WWE 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick to sideline The Heart of WWE 205 Live to give him time to recover. A few weeks later, a rejuvenated Ali returned and was ready to throw down with his Japanese nemesis.

The second battle between the two Superstars came last month, and there was certainly no love lost between them. The resilience of each competitor – as well as the unfiltered animosity between the two — was on full display during the back-and-forth brawl. The battle ended after Ali executed a 450 splash onto Itami on the ring apron, and neither Superstar could answer the referee’s 10-count.

Tonight, Ali and Itami will clash once again, this time in a No Disqualification Match. While Itami takes pleasure in causing pain and suffering, Ali’s pride fuels his fighting spirit, and he’s prepared to walk down this uncharted road against the hard-hitting Japanese Superstar.

Will Mustafa Ali emerge victorious, or will Hideo Itami force The Heart of WWE 205 Live to the sidelines once more? Find out on the 100th episode of WWE 205 Live, streaming Wednesday at 7/6 C on the award-winning WWE Network.
