WWE’s Internal Reaction To Ryback’s Recent Social Media Behavior

January 31, 2021

Ryback has been a little unhinged on Twitter lately, his accusations and rants just another chapter in a long line of events that have been acrimonious between him and the WWE since leaving the company in 2016.

Whether it’s boldly proclaiming the WWE is trying to suppress his social media accounts, that he can outdo Paul Heyman on the microphone, or that Mark Henry was a corporate puppet for the WWE to use to spread lies against him, it’s all been an interesting few weeks for Ryback, who has said he’s considering legal options after Mark Henry advised AEW not to sign him due to him not being the safest worker. So how is WWE feeling about the rants of someone who’s bordering on lunacy?

Ringside News asked their sources backstage their thoughts on the situation, specifically the actions he’s made against the WWE and to nobody’s surprise, no one is taking him seriously. A tenured member of the creative team told them something far more amusing and what seems to be the general consensus on Ryback.

“No one discusses Ryback because no one takes him seriously; and no one liked him when he was here.”

Another member of the backstage staff told them they have “no idea what Ryback is up to.”

The picture painted of Ryback becomes far more damning the more they talked to people. It had been remarked that Ryback is “one of the most popular unformer talents” the company has and his “recent comments about Vince are not productive, just vindictive.” Ryback started a rumor that Vince’s health wasn’t well, but he did say something rather nasty about him after an episode of Raw. Someone even referred to him as “delusional” when it came to beating Heyman on microphone.

Ryback might say he’s blocking haters and the negativity on Twitter, but he might be blocking people who see the truth far clearer than he does. And all this makes it sound like his recent claims of getting death threats sound even more far fetched.
