I had the chance to attend the exclusive media preview, where I experienced informational sessions with top chefs and beverage experts, indulged in standout festival dishes, and even soared over California with a Lightning Lane entry to “Soarin’ Over California®.” From the heartfelt presentation by Bodkin Wines’ Christopher Christensen to festival favorites like Birria Mac & Cheese and the Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail, this year’s event is shaping up to be a must-visit.
